1. Overview

Already Doing It Ltd operates as a fully digital platform. All mentoring sessions are conducted online via video call. This policy sets out our commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of all users, including mentors, students and parents.

2. Remote Working

Already Doing It Ltd has no physical premises. The founder and all mentors work remotely as self-employed individuals. All users are responsible for ensuring their own working environment is safe, comfortable and free from distractions during sessions.

3. Display Screen Equipment

Users are encouraged to take regular breaks from screens and ensure their device, seating and lighting are comfortable during sessions.

4. Lone Working

Mentors conduct sessions independently from their own locations. All sessions are conducted via secure, monitored video links. Mentors are trained to end any session immediately if they feel unsafe or if platform rules are breached.

5. Mental Health & Wellbeing

Already Doing It takes the mental health of all users seriously. If a mentor or student raises a concern during a session that suggests they may be at risk, mentors are trained to follow our safeguarding procedures immediately. 6. Session Safety

All sessions are one-off, structured video conversations. No personal contact details are exchanged between mentors and students. Sessions for users under 18 require a parent or guardian to be present at the start of the session. Full session rules and safeguarding procedures are outlined in our Safeguarding Policy and Platform Guidelines.

7. Emergency Procedures

If an emergency arises during a session, mentors should end the session immediately and contact Already Doing It via hello@alreadydoingit.co.uk. Where there is an immediate risk to life, mentors should contact emergency services directly. Where it the safeguarding issue they will following the safeguarding reporting procedure.

8. Responsibility

This policy will be reviewed periodically or following any significant incident.
