Join the waiting list
We’re not quite ready for this one yet — we’re expanding into it soon. Leave your details and you’ll be the first to hear when applications open.
Before you start
This takes about 20 minutes. Here is everything you will need, so nothing catches you out halfway through.
Everyone will need
- Photo ID — a passport, or a UK or Irish driving licence
- A Gmail address — required for Google Meet sessions
- A profile photo — a clear, friendly photo of your face
- A short video — 30 seconds to a minute saying why you want to be an Insider, uploaded to your own Google Drive or Dropbox with a shareable link
Depending on your situation
These depend on your circumstances — nobody needs all of them, and you will only be asked for the ones that apply to you.
- Current students — your university email address ending
.ac.uk - Recent graduates — your degree certificate or transcript
- Apprentices — your training agreement, or proof you are enrolled
- If you are not a British or Irish citizen — a right-to-work share code from gov.uk

Common questions
?Why can't I complete the form?
If the form isn't loading or submitting, try a different browser — Chrome and Firefox work best. Safari can cause occasional issues. Make sure you have all your documents ready before you begin: proof of enrolment or your degree certificate, a profile photo, and your ID.
?Do I qualify?
You need to be a current UK university student or a graduate within the last five years (or still working in your field of study). You must have the right to work in the UK as a self-employed individual and use a Gmail address for Google Meet sessions.
?What if my application isn't successful?
We can't accept every applicant. We may already have strong coverage in your subject area, or your application may not meet our requirements at this time. It isn't a reflection of your ability — we're simply building a balanced, high-quality platform. We'll let you know either way within 14 days.
?How are my documents handled?
All documents are stored securely and used only for identity and eligibility verification. We handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by our team and are never shared with third parties.
Your information is safe with us. All documents you upload are encrypted, stored securely, and used solely to verify your identity and eligibility. We comply with UK GDPR and will never sell or share your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@alreadydoingit.co.uk.
