Schedule 1: Service Schedule

Definitions of Services & Reporting Deliverables

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This Schedule defines the reporting deliverables provided by Already Doing It Ltd. Schools receive the deliverables under the School & Institutional Agreement; universities receive the deliverables under the University Partnership Agreement. The specific reports delivered to any recipient are those set out in its signed Order Form, and recipients are entitled only to the deliverables corresponding to their own agreement.

1
Reporting Deliverables for Schools
  • School Impact Report. A Compass+ formatted report evidencing Gatsby Benchmarks 2, 3 and 7, built entirely from anonymised aggregates: participation, confidence shift, satisfaction and cohort themes.
  • Session Snapshot. Every session ends with a Session Snapshot: a personal one-pager built from the student's own words. What they wanted to find out, how their confidence shifted, and the next steps they committed to, ready to print, keep, or share with a parent or careers lead. No forms for teachers, no extra work for anyone.
  • School dashboard. Live engagement figures and, for the School's own pupils only, per-pupil participation and outcome records. All survey and reflection results appear as anonymised aggregates only, and no figure based on fewer than 6 students is ever shown.
  • Cohort themes. Anonymised summaries of what students most asked about and the key concerns raised, to inform assemblies and careers interventions.

Reporting to schools is produced under the Data Processing Schedule that forms part of the School's Order Form.

2
Reporting Deliverables for Universities
  • University Impact Report. An aggregate, anonymised report evidencing widening-participation reach, engagement and recruitment interest: participation volumes, the backgrounds reached (reported as grouped percentages only), confidence shift, and what prospective students said appeals to them and what puts them off.
  • Partner dashboard. Live aggregate figures for the University's funded allocation: bookings, completions, engagement and headline perception measures.
  • Consented student voice. Quotes shared only where a student has separately consented, anonymous by default or first name only where the student chose that option.
  • Outcome figures. Where students have individually consented, grouped anonymous application and enrolment outcome figures, reported under the same suppression rule.

The University never receives a student's name, contact details or individual answers. The specific reports, volumes and cadence for a partnership are set out in the Order Form, and the data terms are governed by the University Partnership Agreement.

All reporting, to any recipient, is built from anonymised aggregates under a strict suppression rule: no figure based on fewer than 6 students is ever shown anywhere. No named student data is included in any report.
